• Valid for orders made on stitchleash.com
• Applicable to USA-based customers only

Initiating a Return

• Email yelp@stitchleash.com with:
  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Order number (proof of purchase)
  • Reason for return

Return Process

• We will provide a free shipping label and return form
• The 30-day trial period does not reset for exchanges

Refund Process

• Returns are inspected upon receipt
• Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method
• Refund processing may take up to two weeks

• The 30-day period starts from the original shipment date
• For exchanges, the remaining time from the original 30-day period applies
