StitchLeash One-Year Limited Warranty

StitchLeash ("Company") warrants to the original purchaser ("Customer") that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for one year from the original purchase date. Covered products include all StitchLeash leashes, collars, and accessories.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Damage caused by pets (chewing, biting, etc.)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
  • Products used for commercial purposes

What StitchLeash Will Do

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, StitchLeash will, at its option:

  • Repair the defective product
  • Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value
  • Refund the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs)

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To make a warranty claim, contact StitchLeash customer service at woof@stitchleash.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. StitchLeash will determine warranty eligibility and provide instructions for return or replacement.

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. StitchLeash is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

STITCHLEASH EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY LAW ARE LIMITED TO THE TERMS OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.
